How to manage Stress?

1. The most important thing is when you come home forget your work which create stress. Do something out of the relevant regular things.Such like Exercise is the best option to do. 

2. Take a hot bath if you can't go to the swimming pool.

3. Take a full body oil massage. Ask from your Partner. It's Safe and free of charge. If he/she know nothing, refer internet and learn both of you.

4. Fourthly you can do easy thing like Sit on a relax position. Listen to the favorite music. If you can go to the beautiful place like beach or grass land go and sit or lie and be there without thinking a single of thing..  so difficult but try and practice. Look at a tree and feel it how it moving and other....
